RETURNS


Are your items not quite as desired? Our roadmap clearly describes how items should be returned. 

All items (also sale products) can be returned within 30 days after receipt. The returned items need to be unworn or unused, undamaged and, if applicable, provided with the attached labels. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return costs are for your own account. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pursue.amsterdam. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you within 14 days whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or you regret your purchase, no worries we got your back! You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after you've received the order confirmation by sending an e-mail to info@pursue.amsterdam explaining why you want to cancel (part of) your order. After that we will do everything we can to cancel your order in time and send you a confirmation. You will then receive a refund within a few days. Cancellations received later than an hour after completing the order are not possible because by that time your order has already been processed so sadly there's nothing we can do.

Note: this policy is an extra service offered by us voluntarily to make the most out of your shopping experience. We are not legally obliged to offer cancelations so please keep this in mind.
